New Account Administrator

Our client a successful and growing business based on the outskirts of Huddersfield is currently looking for a billing administrator to join their team. This is a well established company with a great reputation in their industry. The role will be busy and varied and you will be responsible for carrying out the following duties and responsibilities:
*Ensuring all orders from the sales team and project team are actioned with the relevant parties
*Dealing with suppliers to ensure supply chain runs smoothly
*Dealing with incoming customer emails & phone calls
*Co-ordinate engineers for faults and support work where necessary
*Ensuring figures and information is entered into the CRM system correctly to ensure bill generation is activated
*Investigate any bill discrepancies and liaise with the accounts and suppliers
*Providing excellent customer service and developing standard operating processes
*Working closely with the service desk to ensure that the highest levels of customer service are adhered to
*Customer feedback / questionnaires
*Monthly call plan bill generation
To be successful in this role, you will have;
*Excellent problem solving skills
*An eye for figures
*Any experience of working with engineers or billing would be ideal, but not essential
Salary - £19,000 - £21,000 depending on experience
Discretionary annual bonus
Hours 9 - 5.30
