Finance Analyst £50,000 London

A large Property Management company based in London seeking a Financial Analyst to join their successful team. They are heavy focus on training and growing responsibilities within the business. About The Role:

You will be responsible for providing the analysis and support to assist higher management in making key business decisions. Reporting into the Finance Director, you will work directly with the finance and operational teams, as well as liaising with investors and banks, gaining unparalleled insight into their business. For examples of projects you might work on include the +£100m refinancing of portfolio properties, appraising new development projects or assisting with raising equity capital.


  • Producing financial forecasts for individual projects
  • Ad-hoc financial analysis such as return on investment (IRR, multiple), valuation or debt pay down
  • Creating and updating presentations or information memorandums for the company board, investors or banks
  • Competitor or sector benchmarking and research
  • Compiling and updating information for due diligence and investor relations
  • Support development of our business plan and strategy
  • Liaising with design, development and operations teams in order to deliver above responsibilities


  • Degree educated, 2:1 or above
  • Advanced financial modelling skills with experience of financial forecasts (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)
  • Advanced Excel, VBA and proficient PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate complex concepts in understandable/accessible ways
  • Works on own initiative and self-motivated
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment and prioritise work within tight timescales
  • Good team player who is solution-driven and has an attention to detail


  • 2-4 years' experience
  • Knowledge of Xero or other accounting software such as Sage
  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) or working towards one
  • Previous experience in Real Estate Investment Banking, Private Equity or Advisory
  • Understanding of real estate appraisal models and promotes
