1st line support/first line support/service desk/help desk/windows

First line support, with customer service experience, to be based on a busy helpdesk, providing 1st line support.

It will be predominately Windows based

You will be the first point of contact and will deal with all user queries.
Any queries that our 2nd or 3rd line support will be escalated by yourself.
