This opportunity, whilst already a senior role within the MotoNovo leadership team, could lead to substantial career progression opportunities within the UK and beyond for the successful candidate.
As Group Head of Marketing, and part of a dynamic management team working alongside other high-calibre professionals, you will take full responsibility for the Marketing function across the Group, embodying the MotoNovo brand ethos of ‘driving forward through innovation and change’.
The successful candidate will play a central role in the development of our Motor and Consumer Finance Divisions, but also a critical role in the launch and development of our market-disrupting vehicle finance aggregator platform, currently in the final stages of development. With a substantial budget, the platform business will access the full range of media channels.
You will drive forward the Marketing Division to achieve maximum performance, through your strategic and inspirational leadership and vision. This role is responsible for all aspects of Communications, Product and Brand.
We are seeking a proven successful Marketing professional who has excelled in consumer markets - preferably in financial services - who demonstrates the technical skill and tenacity to drive the business through a period of substantial growth. You will be results driven, pro-active with excellent analytical skills and the expertise to influence and build effective relationships with the board, management team, and other staff.
You will be comfortable operating in a senior environment, an outstanding communicator and used to making significant business decisions.
The Group Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of MotoNovo’s marketing strategy, responsible for devising and implementing a medium and long-term fully integrated departmental strategy in line with MotoNovo Group strategy.
The Group Head of Marketing will be responsible for the management and delivery of key marketing projects and strategic initiatives, Product Management and Development, Brand and Communications, in addition to all aspects of operational management and organisational discipline within the Marketing Department and the execution of day-to-day management responsibilities, including the management of suppliers.MotoNovo Finance is a Financial Services business, which is regulated by the FCA.
The Job Holder will be a Certified Person as defined within the Prudential Regulatory Authority and Financial Conduct Authority Senior Management Regime
