Role and Responsibilities

As Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

• Develop engaging rich content across multiple platforms and channels. Ensure that the content is relevant to the business units’ current commercial campaign to drive conversion.
• Work with business units and suppliers to gather their digital content for publishing online. Look for opportunities to gather exclusive supplier content to improve conversion.
• Edit sourced content to ensure that it is accessible, relevant and readable.
• Work closely with the marketing and business unit teams to identify new and relevant subject matter
• Help to build a content strategy that matches commercial plans and allows customers to become even more engaged with brands
• Work with business units to monitor and increase the amount of time our customers spend shopping and browsing online
• Acting as lead point of contact for external translation agencies

Experience and Skills

The successful Content Marketing Specialist will have the following:

• Excellent command of English - written and verbal communication skills
• At least 18 months' experience in digital marketing and content-focused roles
• Experience in creating beauty-related content or for household retail brands
• Proactive with a high attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of SEO
• Good knowledge of working with online analytics
• Keeps up-to-date with digital marketplace and competitors
• Team player able to take briefs and develop compelling customer content working collaboratively with colleagues
