They are keen to speak to candidates who can demonstrate not only a passion for but an excellent track record in delivering high quality and creative communication plans on time and to budget. They are a vibrant and change oriented organisation so it's essential that you are comfortable working with a wide variety of internal communication channels, ensuring that a clear rationale is established for what works best and why; and can challenge assumptions when needed. They have an eclectic mix of stakeholders from every area of the business who all require an Internal Communications Manager to work as trusted advisor. They are at the beginning of their internal digital journey so candidates who have experience of creating and embedding an appropriate digital plan are of particular interest.
