About the Role:

We have an immediate requirements for x2 fixed term (12 months) Finance Assistants to join our large, friendly Adult Care Finance Team in Lincoln. These are full-time positions and we are looking for reliable and flexible individuals to support the team.

If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment, with plenty of variety and the chance to learn new things, then this is the role for you! The key element of your role as Finance Assistant is to ensure that financial assessments are processed and managed accordingly. You will be responsible for the collection and collation of information to assess entitlement of financial support. As part of the role you will also deal with correspondence and daily inbound/outbound telephone enquiries of a personal and confidential nature.

About You:

Bring your enthusiasm and passion for the role and we will provide excellent on the job training for you to be a success. If you already have experience in a similar financial role and environment or knowledge of financial procedures then we want to hear from you! You will have responsibility for calculating financial assessments for service users and so all that we ask is that you have a good level of education – GCSE C or above in English and Maths or proven literacy and numeracy skills as well as competences in Microsoft applications and/or computerised financial systems.
