Your new role
There will be two main responsibilities for the role. The first will be to effectively manage and organise the functions of the compliance department. The second will be to manage the develop and implement all regulatory and legal updates to the business including training.
What you'll need to succeed
There is a requirement 5 years of managing compliance administration functions within the insurance market. This requirement is as a result of the varied nature of the role, where extensive experience in both the insurance market and the regulatory space is required. You also will be required to be highly competent in managing employees and both external and internal stakeholders. You will also have a very in depth understanding of the relevant regulators (FCA & PRA).
