Domiciliary Care Manager - Farnborough
I am working on behalf of a reputable elderly service provider that requires a Registered Branch Manager for their brand new domiciliary branch they are setting up in Farnborough.The Company: This is a leading homecare provider with offices based around the UK & Ireland.Every day this client meets and exceeds the personal care requirements and wishes of thousands of customers throughout the UK and Ireland who are wishing to remain in the comfort of their own homes. They look after all kinds of people - young and old, injured and ill, those with physical and mental challenges, and the loved ones of carers in need of a respite break. In fact, anyone who would benefit from help with things like personal care, light domestic tasks, shopping, medication management, companionship and a host of other services that make life easier and help to maintain health or speed up recovery.The Branch/The role: This is a brand new branch so you will be able to put your stamp on it from the start and implement all the policies, procedures and processes. Your main responsibilities will be to recruit good quality experienced domiciliary staff and to effectively grow the business with your new team. You will also be responsible for maintaining good levels of training & staff development, ensuring high levels of compliance are achieved, overseeing the promotion and marketing of the branches services, ensuring budgetary control amongst other duties.This role is a full-time role, 9am : 5pm, Monday to Friday.The Person: You will be a strong & experienced individual within the domiciliary sector and have the ability to set up a branch from scratch. You will have excellent business sense, with the ability to take the company to the next level and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area.
