This warm and friendly nursing home provides a welcoming and homely atmosphere for the staff, residents and their families. The home prides itself in the high quality of care that they provide and the manager is looking for an enthusiastic and caring Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to help assist with the smooth running of the home.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their fantastic nursing homes on the outskirts of Durham. The home boasts an excellent reputation for the person centred care that they provide and a good CQC rating. This service provides nursing, residential and respite care to elderly residents. This versatile service also offers specialist dementia care and end of life care.You will need to be passionate and have a genuine caring nature. The manager is able to accommodate to both full-time and part time hours and are flexible with regard to shift pattern.
