£16 per hour We are looking for a Bank Registered Nurse to join our team at Arundel Park based in Liverpool. This is a Part Time position working hours as and when required.Arundel Park is a luxury care home intended to provide the best possible care to for older people who require palliative care, residential or nursing care. The home has a caring, comfortable and cosy environment boasts many facilities and activities for people to become involved with as part of their personal tailored care and support programme. Responsibilities:Undertake medication administration in accordance with best practice and prevailing NMC guidance and Embrace policies and proceduresCarry out all duties in a safe manner having regard for the health, safety and welfare of self, staff, residents and visitors and report accidents as necessaryAssess, plan, implement and evaluate person centred care for each individual that meets their needs and demonstrates outcomes within the expected time-scalesEstablish and maintain good relationships with the people we support, their relatives and staffEnsure that individuals are safe-guarded in accordance with "No Secrets" legislation, Embrace policy and local safeguarding policyPromote and maintain a good working relationship with all external bodies and commissionersEnsure that the people we support are treated with privacy, dignity and respect at all timesMaintain a sound knowledge of Care Quality Commission (or equivalent) and all other regulatory standardsEnsure individuals receive a nutritious balanced diet and adequate hydration in accordance with their plan of careProvide coaching, training and support to junior staff when applicableBenefits:Cost of DBS CheckOn-going Training & Development* Terms applyRegistered Nurse - RGN Experience within a nursing / care home environmentPassion for nursing and delivering high quality careValid NMC PIN with no restrictionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOur positions are subject to Enhanced DBS Disclosures which will be completed upon successful application.
