An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Repairs Scheduler with our client who is an established repairs and maintenance contractor within the Midlands region.

Due to increase in workload, this property services company is now seeking a Repairs Scheduler to join its team to assist in the delivery of a range of maintenance services to both the public and private sector clients.

Your role will include dealing with mostly reactive works, on several different contracts, managing engineers dairies and ensuring the works are able to be carried out.

Key Duties
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt to a reactive/high pressurised environment
• Plan/Schedule planned and reactive maintenance to social housing stock predominately Kitchen works.
• Understand the need to prioritise repairs enquiries
• Work as part of a team to deliver an effective repairs and maintenance service

You will also have:
• Experience within a repairs and maintenance/scheduling role is essential
• To provide full administrative support to trades and labour operatives
• Worked as a Scheduler/ Helpdesk representative or Repairs clerk for a Housing Association, Contractor or Local Authority body.

The successful Repairs Scheduler will demonstrate the ability to make an immediate impact and in return for your efforts the organisation will seek to provide a long term position within the organisation.
