We are looking for an outstanding Nursery Room Leader to join this dynamic Childcare Team.

Responsibilities with include but not be limited to the following:

To ensure a high standard of physical, emotional, and intellectual careWorking as part of a team you will encourage the development of the children in the roomImplementing the daily routineEnsuring that all the toddlers attending the setting are kept safe and receive rich and stimulating play experiences which support all aspects and components of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.To meet requirements of Ofsted registration with relation to EYFS, special needs, child protection and Health and Safety and to ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to.The ideal applicant:

Must have previous experience in a childcare settingMust be at least Level 3 qualifiedHave an understanding of the requirements set by OfstedExperience of managing/supervising staffExtensive knowledge of SafeguardingFood Hygiene and First Aid certificateThe nursery:

Provides quality, nurturing childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 yearsIncorporates purpose designed interiors with advice from renowned early years specialistsHas a distinct educational ethos that builds and extends all capabilities for each childThis is a great chance to become part of a dynamic, exciting team.

What experience and qualifications must I have to apply?

·Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent

·Understanding of play based approach to children’s learning and development

·An understanding of the Revised Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS 2014)

·Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

·experience of working in a high quality childcare environment

·Experience of leading and managing a room or team
