Title: Area Manager (Luxury Retail)

Location: Birmingham (Central and West area )

Salary: £45,000 + a car

We are delighted to offer the position of area manager within our client’s luxury fashion brand. This is an exciting time to join an established fashion house with a forward-thinking attitude. They are looking for experienced individuals who have previously worked in a similar role within retail, are willing to travel and to nurture and manage 20+ sites within the Central and West area which has a valued regional turnover of £8.5m.


·People Management- Leading, managing and developing teams to encourage the achievement of sales targets

·Recruiting and developing manager to maintain performance levels and to succession plan

·Implement business strategy to achieve tangible KPI’s and keep staff motivated

·Communicating with host brands to encourage strong working relationships with the concession based business

·Identifying and communicating new areas of business development to the head office teams

·Monitoring and giving feedback

·Work with merchandising to identify the correct profile for each store

Your Experience:

·You will have multi-site experience

·Proven track record of achieving KPI’s

·Will have fashion/merchandising experience

·Experience of people management

·Ability to handle Profit and Loss sheets

·Have a full, clean driving licence

You will be someone who thrives when given autonomy, sales focused and have the ability lead, manage and develop teams to help our client to achieve their organisational goals and objectives. You must be comfortable with travelling via car, have a full and clean drivers licence to travel between the stores under your management. The main objective of the successful candidate will be to harness business strategy and implement this across all their sites to maintain the quality of service, staff and the achievement of fundamental sales and KPI’s.
