Hampton's are currently working in partnership with a national Charity who provide Residential, Respite and Supported Living services for people with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.We are leading the recruitment drive for an Area Manager for a fixed term contract of 12 months to cover Maternity leave.This role is for their central region covering Leicester, Northants, Hertfordshire and across to Suffolk.Purpose of role:The appointed Area Manager will be expected to lead in delivering the companies Learning Disabilities strategy, vision and values which reflects our person centeredness and the high levels of ambition we have both for the individuals for whom we provide support and our own staff.Inspire, lead, motivate and coordinate staff ensuring high delivery of outcomes for people with learning disabilities and full contractual and CQC compliance Key Job Responsibilities:To plan excellent person-centered support to the individuals for whom we are here to support in accordance with the Learning Disabilities strategy, by; Staying aware of trends and best practice in Learning Disabilities, in order to identify opportunities for improving performance and deliveryConducting regular review of each service's plan/ continuous improvement plan. Implementing and monitoring operational and contractual performance management disciplinaries, KPIs and SLAs within the ServicesEnsure the Service delivers high levels of performance through its people in a way that realises their potential, by modelling a positive can do attitude and take and show an urgency of actions in order to achieve the best outcomes for people: Effective people planning, recruitment, induction, coaching, development, leadership, motivation and performance management of direct report's, sothey are engaged, positive and in turn are real advocates for the service.To be accountable for the financial stability of designated servicesYou will ensure all recording systems are maintained and monitored appropriatelyYou will ensure that all services are CQC compliant.Support Service Managers to effectively manage their resourcesCandidates suitable for this post will be able to demonstrate:Experienced in the operational management in Learning Disabilities or Health and social Care environmentExperience of improving service performance and maintaining that performance within a rapidly changing environmentA management qualificationProven experience of managing staff teamsAble to hit the ground runningAnnual Salary: up to 50k + BenefitsIf you are Interested in this position or would like to have a confidential discussion to find out further details, please email your CV or call Natalie DeMarco: 01926 354 600Hampton's Resourcing prides itself on creating opportunities for Senior Managers to challenge themselves to continually develop their skills and experience.
