Smailes Goldie Group is a leading independent firm of Chartered Accountants, tax, and business advisors in the Humber region. Due to continued growth with an increasing client base, over 120 employees and ten Partners, we are seeking to appoint an IT Manager. This post will manage the existing and future IT systems across our offices in Hull and Barton- upon-Humber.
Reporting to the Partners, as the IT Manager you will be responsible for the following;Managing information technology and computer systems across the business, including software and hardware and dealing with issues such as email, communication (mobile & fixed), networking and general local support issuesUnderstanding and documenting all aspects of the current IT systems, which include Iris, Sage, Invu, Spindle, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2016, Pulse, Therefore, HiBob, CliqSupport the development of the IT infrastructure and strategy in line with business objectivesTelephone management, knowledge of Audio/Voice systemsSupply support coaching and training for staff using IT across the business Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic dataAssess current systems and evaluate their outcomes and recommend remedial action where appropriateDevelop, implement and coordinate new systems, policies and procedures as appropriate Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
To be the successful IT Manager you will be able to demonstrate;
