About you Reporting into the Store Manager, you'll be an experienced retailer who wants to use all your retail skills in a fast moving environment, knowing your contribution will make a lifesaving difference. The role is critical in assisting the management team to run an efficient store. You'll need to be commercially aware, driven, organised and hands on. You'll also have the passion and leadership skills to motivate a team of staff and volunteers. Because great customer service is key to maximising income.
