Customer Service Advisor Location - Glasgow Contract – Permanent Salary – Up to £17,160 per annum Hours – 20 / 30 / 40 Shifts - Full time & part time hours available between 7:30am - 11:30pm Monday - Sunday. Full flexibility required Training - 8 days, Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm. Start Dates – Various start dates available The Role Working on behalf of Sainsbury's, in the Orderline and Customer Care team, you will be answering inbound calls from customers on a daily basis. You will represent the brand and the image of Sainsbury's and provide assistance with placing orders on Sainsbury's online and deal with any queries from the online customers for Sainsbury's in the most efficient manner, always providing good quality service. We are hiring for full time positions to work temporarily on Sainsbury's until Christmas and then transfer into an alternate inbound customer service role within HM Passport Office on a permanent basis.
