Our Business Systems Team has a vacancy for a Digital Project Manager. This role is involved with the full breadth of our Systems and Digital projects. The team has over 25 employees from Projects Managers and Business Analysts to Systems Architects and Engineers.
This is an opportunity to be involved at a time where The Club is going through a major digital transformation. Our number one priority is rebuilding our online environment, from web, mobile, applications, HR Systems, CRM and technical components. We’re investing heavily and you could have significant impact in this process.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:·Experience with Prince2, Agile/Scrum or other relevant methodology·2 years of effective project management experience·The ability to prioritise a complex and demanding workload, multitask and work to deadlines·Innovative - with the ability to develop practical solutions to challenges ·Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels·Excellent written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail – a finisher·Strong commercial acumen
The day to day will involve:·Taking briefs and producing specifications for digital programs and development·Working closely with stakeholders, from rationalising to execution of projects·Fostering strong working relationships with 3rd parties and suppliers·Preparation and maintenance of control documents·Reporting on revenue, planned & completed activity, risk analysis and budget spend.·Building Stakeholder relationships at all levels
