Our Role:

Our role within Innogy ITis to ensure that our technology investments support the innovations and strategies of a market leading energy supplier. This involves management and development of software, hardware and network infrastructure. We do this globally, across Germany, UK, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic & Hungary.

You will get the opportunity to gain experience in a range of different areas within our IT business. For example you might choose a business analyst position developing a new software requirement within our Architecture team, or you might be interested a placement working alongside the security & compliance team protecting our business from continuing threats. We’ll support you through the many rotation options available to you.

Training and Development:

Our 18 month IT Graduate Programme will also stretch your skills, in a supportive culture that’s designed to give you what you need to succeed and define your career path at Innogy. You’ll follow a tailored development plan for the duration of the programme and get full support through a mentoring scheme and knowledge-sharing sessions.

This will include:

  • Project management training
  • Professional ITIL qualification
  • Developer training for latest web and mobile technologies,
  • Courses run by our in house experts around IT architecture & security.
You may also have the opportunity to complete other professional courses such as TOGAF and CISSP if you choose certain areas as a specialism.

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for determined graduates who can demonstrate their passion for IT. Whether it’s your core subject or not, as long as you can show your enthusiasm and aptitude for all things IT, and can combine analytical thinking, organisation and communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team, then we want to hear from you.
