We have a great opportunity available in our Kipling Outlet store in Gunwharf Keys, Portsmouth for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team - someone with passion, knowledge and enthusiasm to bring our brand to life.

The Role:

You’ll fully support the Store Manager and make an impact from day one in order to

  • ensure sales growth
  • deliver high levels of customer care
  • merchandise creatively
  • manage stock and administration efficiently
  • support a culture of continuous improvement
  • plus, you’ll provide comprehensive cover in the Store Manager’s absence
  • play a key role in staff recruitment and development.

To join us you’ll need

  • substantial supervisory/management experience
  • with a high profile fashion/lifestyle branded retailer
  • strong people management skills
  • the ability to lead and motivate the team by setting a positive, hands on example
  • flexibility to work 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends.
