Finance Manager - Cardiff - £30,000 to £35,000
Your new company
My client is a well-established charity based in Cardiff, South Wales, known for their high employee satisfaction. Due to retirement, they are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to hit the ground running. The company offers excellent transport routes for both Public and Private transport.
Your new role
In your new role, you will hold a variety of responsibilities including direct report of 2 finance assistants whilst also preparing annual accounts, regularly liaising with the organisations auditors whilst also administering income and expenditure systems. You will also monitor cash flow and bank account reconciliations, maintain debtor control processes and facilitate payroll. You will also prepare regular financial and management reports for external funders, managers and trustees. Alongside this, you shall also oversee all contracts within the company.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need experience within a similar environment. You will also have strong communication skills and be proficient within Excel. This role is open to both AAT level or ACCA level qualified candidates. It is desirable to have previous charity experience however not essential.
