PT Finance Assistant
My client is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work in a 12 month contract in their offices in Woking. The successful candidate will be available to start immediately or at short notice and have Accounts experience.
Responsibilities will include:
Administer day to day invoices, despatch notes and accounts paperwork
Collate core and observation information from reports
Check all agency invoices against timesheets
If required visit post office and bank to take cheques and coins.
Liaise with Finance lead to facilitate any requirements ensuring all action points are resolved in a timely effective manner.
Assist with purchasing and control any additional supplies company and clients.
Filing and archiving of both permanent and agency timesheets to a high standard, assist when required with purchase ledger, photocopying any paperwork required by the department.
Collate all department petty cash sheets maintaining to a high standard.
Raise purchase orders, maintaining the purchase order system.
Assist in collating all invoices, matching with PO and despatch notes, obtaining necessary signatures, passing for payment.
Assist with bookings of travel requests for flights, trains and accommodation.
Collate and log invoices, expenses and all paperwork prior to posting to head office
Take minutes for the department monthly meeting and keep a running record.
Update of Service Level Agreements.
Attend monthly supervisions with Finance Lead
