Technical Support Officer - London - 12 Month Contract

I am currently working with a large organisation that is currently seeking a Technical Support Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will assist the 1st 2nd 3rd line support of technical systems, technical networks and infrastructure.

Required Experience

- Experience installing, upgrading and supporting technical hardware
- Experience supporting incident, problem, configuration and change processes which affect the infrastructure.
- Experience training users
- Experience conducting application support
- Preparing documentation

Key Skills

- Windows Server Update Services;
- Powershell scripting;
- VMWare VSphere V4 and V5;
- MS SQL Servers 2008 and 2012;
- CISCO ASA Firewall configuration;
- CISCO Catalyst switch configuration.

Essential Requirements

- SC Enhanced Security clearance
- ITIL Certified
- Knowledge Lawful Interception (LI) architectures
