Software Developer – .NET, C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server – Hull

This advanced software house based near central Hull are looking to add a talented Software Developer to their software delivery team. You will be joining a team of software developers building a variety of different software solutions. They offer a clearly defined career path with an excellent benefits package.

Ideally you will have a Computer related degree and will have a demonstrable experience of .Net Development, working on the full development lifecycle in all aspects of development, from initial concept right through to delivery. The ideal developer will be looking to be involved in a variety of interesting and challenging projects.

This role requires:

  • A good understanding of Microsoft .Net and the Software development Life-cycle
  • At least 1 years professional software development experience
  • Experience of Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent RDBMS
  • Experience of XML / JSON
  • The ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • The ability to communicate effectively with other members of the team
Successful applicants will preferably have:

  • A BSc degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
  • Experience in Web-service technologies including WCF
  • Experience of JQuery
  • Experience with Java and mobile app development
