Commercial Team Leader

Location: Relocating to Redhill January 2018

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

Requirement for a Commercial Team Leader to join a growing organisation relocated to Redhill in January 2018. You will be responsible for maintaining existing commercial business and overseeing the activity of Account Handlers. Further duties include:

·Assist Commercial Manager and be responsible for the coordination of day to day work of the team and monitoring progress.

·Ensure customer service enquiries are dealt with in accordance with agreed SLA’s.

·Deal with complaints in accordance with company procedure, escalating these where necessary.

·Challenge current methods and recommend improvements.

·Assess effectiveness of the team in terms of standard and service whilst recommending improvements.

·Ensure that team members are achieving the required key performance indicators and identify training needs.

·Coach and motivate team members to improve skills and performance.

·Administer and renew book of commercial business.

·Attend and host team and staff meetings when required.

·Carry out monthly performance reviews with the team.

·Assist the Commercial Manager in setting and achieving monthly targets.

Essential Skills

·Maintain professionalism and lead by example.

·Be able to work in pressurised environment.

·Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of seniority.

·Maintain good working relationships with 3rd parties.

·Confident in motivating a team and organising workload.

·Excellent IT and telephone skills.

·Knowledge of commercial insurance products.
