An IT Helpdesk Support Analyst is required by a leading Financial Company based in Croydon. The successful candidate will be required to provide efficient IT support to users both remotely and face to face.
You will have proven IT Support skills and your duties will be varied and will include providing Software Installations, general IT troubleshooting on IT hardware and Software, PC Builds and Backups.

Established over 10 years ago, we are recruiting for a leading employer within the Financial Services / Pension sector which employs around 100 staff from offices in the Croydon area.
The Helpdesk Support Analyst will have the following experience:
- Proven IT Support experience (ideally Helpdesk / Service Desk or Desktop Support experience).
- A good knowledge of Windows Server and VMWare
- Excellent communication skills.
- It is desirable to have worked in the Pensions / Financial Services industry.
