What you’ll do

This is a Year in Industry placement within Field Operations, where you’ll gain a deep understanding of IT and business-based projects.

This includes:

  • Gathering and analysing business requirements with acceptance criteria
  • User acceptance testing
  • Process mapping
  • Planning training roll-out and developing training materials
  • Offering support for project / programme governance.
This placement could well prepare you for a future with us. Shine and we may fast-track you to the last stage of assessment for one of our graduate schemes. Equally, with the chance to explore our business whilst you’re here, you might find yourself securing a long-term career within a Business Analysis, Project Manager or Workstream Lead role..

What we’re looking for

  • You’re working towards a 2:1 degree in a business, finance or numerical related degree.
  • Comfortable working with data, you’re commercially astute and highly analytical.
  • You have a good understanding of project methodology and governance.
  • You’ve got a solid understanding of IT systems that support a customer-facing business.
  • Your customer-focus and great communication skills mean you’ve a real skill for building relationships.
