Are you proactive, energetic and looking for a challenging new role in an SME environment? My client has been established for over 20 years and are a recognised expert in their field. They are looking for an individual with a proven track record of logistics, project administration and purchasing.

The Role
.Controlling goods in/out & stock control (both customer & internal).Completion of shipping documentation working with customers & suppliers.Completion & submission of all Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS) adhering to health & safety legislation (both company & client).Jointly responsible for purchasing project & company requirements.Tracking delivery dates for all components & updating internal systems.Responsible for booking travel arrangements.Fault logging.Supporting the Technical Project Managers including meeting minutes, time sheets, health & safety documentation, customer/survey reports, project plan updates & project completion documentation.Liaise with other internal departments .Liaising with clients & sub-contractors.Assisting with planning & setting up of marketing displays and demonstrations for shows and exhibitions.Assisting with onsite installations.Responsible for the day to day running of the company pool vehicles to include monitoring of all maintenance logs & certifications.Manage the company staff training records.Managing the logistical elements (delivery, goods return & RMA etc.) within the ITIL based technical support process in order to support customers to pre-defined SLA's

The Candidate
.Capable of producing significant output with minimal wasted effort.Organisation & planning skills that focus on key priorities.Demonstrates ability to quickly & proficiently understand & absorb new information..A strong willingness to work hard to get the job done.Adjusts quickly & effectively to change .High level of existing experience of IT systems & MS Excel, Word, Databases, Visio etc.Experienced and efficient user of computer based ERP systems (stock control, deliveries & project accounting etc.).Able to communicate effectively & efficiently.Keen eye for detail.Self-Motivated and able to work under own initiative.Ability to work effectively under pressure.Full UK driving Licence

.Fork Lift (FLRT) qualification.IPAF certification.Technical project administration.Purchasing experience.Asset database management.Providing professional customer support services.Stores & logistics experience within a technical delivery environment
