This outstanding Store Manager opportunity is working for a highly successful global luxury products company with stock in 400 stores worldwide as well as in spas, concessions within leading department stores, airlines, duty free shops, hotels and cruise liners.

Your brief as Store Manager of the Bromley store, is to ensure that sales, profitability and productivity targets are met and ideally exceeded whilst assuming the crucial role of Brand Ambassador: ensuring that exemplary customer service standards are achieved at all times as well as promoting a consistently positive brand image.

This Store Manager role would suit an experienced Retail Manager with a commercial approach and the ability to sell on the shop floor. You will have strong leadership talents and proven skills mentoring and developing a team.

To be successful in this Store Manager position, it is important to have the following:

*Previous retail management experience - any environment
*Experience managing and mentoring a team
*Commercially driven and entrepreneurial nature
*Keen to sell on the shop floor

Key accountabilites within this Store Manager role include:

*Achieving and exceeding sales, profitability and productivity targets for self and the team
*Maximising customer conversions and add-on selling results
*Taking appropriate action to address performance issues as required
*Recruiting, training, motivating and developing a team
*Managing staff within payroll budgets to guarantee optimum shop floor cover during key trading periods
*Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and presentation are maintained
*Managing housekeeping and Health & Safety issues
*Ensuring stock levels are regularly reviewed
*Ensuring customer complaints are handled with sympathy and efficiency
*Developing action plans to increase sales, capitalise on trends, address problem areas etc
*Analysis of store business sales reports
