Rare opportunity to join one of the Midlands leading Legal Firms that specialise in commercial, agricultural and private client services as a Legal Secretary in their Civil Litigation department, based in their busy Bromsgrove office.

The company offer expert advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial issues across Worcestershire. They are proud to be a dependable and trust worthy company who bring a personal approach to their clients.

You will be responsible for undertaking all work of a secretarial nature that will be requested of you including audio typing, word processing and assisting with file management. You will also be responsible for the organisation of the work diary and ensure all appointments are set up and confirmed for clients and staff alike.

As well as that you will be dealing with filing, storage, and the retrieval of client's papers and files ensuring they are kept confidential and safe in accordance with firm policies.

Ideally you will have a successful working background as a Legal Secretary and a stable, successful work history. Experience of working in Civil Litigation would be advantageous but not essential.

You must be organised, have the ability to work well under pressure and working to deadlines is fundamental. You must also possess excellent telephone and face to face communication skills.

Experience with SOS is desirable.

In return you will be offered a salary of up to £18,000 dependant on experience, and a full time, permanent position within a fast growing and well respected Law Firm.
