Large growing Car Dealership in Prime locations throughout UK require a Web Administrator/Specialist to work at their superb Dealership in Wimbledon. This is excellent position for someone with average to good IT skills - Training will be given.


Monday - Friday

A Driving Licence is Essential - (Manual and Automatic)- As You will need to move cars around the dealership

JOB TITLE: Web Specialist

JOB PURPOSE: To maintain company websites with up-to-date vehicles, descriptions and photos

KEY TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic, motivated and willing to learn

To produce stock reports for cross-referencing of websites and prices.

To analyse price data from Autotrader and advise sales management.

Load up to 20 pictures per car on all websites - Driving experience essential

Make price changes as required by sales management.

Provide any other administrative support that may be required, from time to time, in response to department requirements.

Continually develop knowledge relating to corporate sales and market trends in a proactive manner and in line with various internal and external brand partner's training opportunities.

Develop company knowledge through attending various training opportunities.

Maintain quality standards of dress, attitude, guest care, honesty and health and safety in order to portray a professional image to guests at all times.

Follow personnel policies and procedures, including holiday periods, disciplinary codes etc.

Commercially Excel proficient. Powerpoint always helps for events.

Photoshop - Managing website content from a graphics design perspective.


Content:

HTML - Embracing brands within the group and producing quality content pages - training will be given.

However some HTML Skills are required

SEO - An understanding would be good, not a necessity - training available.

Social - Again, an understanding would be good, not a necessity - training available.
