French Speaking Publisher Solutions Manager – Adtech, Digital Media

This is a varied role with a good balance of publisher-facing and internal responsibilities. The Publisher Solutions Manager will work closely with both the Product and Ad Operations Teams to manage the day-to-day operations of the Data Network.

As Publisher Solutions Manager you will be expected to actively engage in the acquisition process for new partners of the search data network as well as take complete ownership of key accounts, with full responsibility for managing and growing the relationships.

Key Responsibilities

External responsibilities

    Research, identify, approach and acquire key publishers to become part of the Search Data NetworkNegotiate deal terms with new partnersActively manage the relationship with existing publishers on the network so that their performance benchmarks and expectations are metBuilding and growing relationships with publisher contactsEstablishing and maintaining an active feedback loop into the refinement of the company's Publisher Solutions product portfolioCreating reports and actively assist in management of the company's suite of audience analyticsAssist in growing company's Mobile Product
Internal responsibilities

    Engage with the Product Team to help expansion of Analytics productsDiligent usage of CRM system to guarantee acquisition process is performed at maximum efficiencyProviding support to the Head of Department on administrative, technical and account management queriesActively assist in production of external collateral materialManage individual short to mid-term projectsResearch into trade press and relevant industry events

Your Background

    Native/C2 French language skillsProven experience in Digital MarketingHigh commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and negotiate deal termsAn analytical mind-set and methodical approach to working with data setsA keen desire to understand how AdTech works behind the scenesOutstanding Excel skills, advanced MS Office proficiencyAbility to multitask and handle multiple high-priority tasks at the same timeDiligent with an eye for detailProactive and solution-orientated approachStrong communication and project management skillsBonus points: if you have relevant experience in Online Display, Search, RTB, Ad Networks, Ad Tech industry or Publisher-side and or direct experience of Publisher Account Management and/or Business Development.
