An exciting opportunity to join a growing IT company renowned for its customer service, based in South-West Sheffield.

This award-winning team is looking for someone to join them in the role of Helpdesk Engineer, providing remote (and perhaps occasional onsite) IT support to clients.

The Helpdesk Engineer will be assigned technical requests, and will be expected to prioritise and deal with them effectively. They will fix issues swiftly whilst causing minimal disruption to clients, working to targets and meeting service level agreements.

Applicants should be looking to develop their technical support skills, be confident communicators and eager to learn.

Permanent, full time position. Hours of work: 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary: £15,000-£18,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
