We have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Marketing Assistant to join a friendly and professional ecommerce team for an established menswear supplier based in Hertfordshire.

You will play a key role in a small team, developing and implementing new ways of driving the business forward by planning and executing effective digital strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Day-to-day management of digital activities
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, including email building, testing, and campaign performance tracking
  • Develop and execute social media strategy
  • Manage third party agency’s performance monitoring and optimization of PPC campaigns
  • Traffic and campaign analysis including making recommendations to optimize performance
  • Monitor the business KPI’s and optimize campaigns in order to reach targets
  • Daily management of revenue and sales spreadsheet
  • Photograph new products
  • Create imagery and content for all online platforms
  • Optimize SEO
  • Create and optimize listings
  • Support the Ecommerce Sales Manager in ad-hoc tasks related to Amazon UK, Amazon US and EBAY
  • Ensure all online sales channels are optimized
  • Organise and direct ecommerce photoshoots
  • Liaise with third party agency for software and web development needs

Key Characteristics:-

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within digital marketing/ecommerce
  • Self-driven and team player
  • A digital background in digital metrics with experience and ease in using Google Analytics
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of any ESP beneficial
  • Knowledge of any CMS beneficial
  • Good all round digital marketing channel experience in executing effective email, organic, SEO and Social campaigns
  • Prior experience optimising copy and imagery for digital campaigns
  • Good knowledge of Photoshop
  • Quick learner, keen to pick up and master new systems and tools
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic team member with a positive can-do attitude and desire to succeed
