Customer Service Advisor - HSBC Location : Cuprum House, Glasgow Contract : 37.5, temporary to permanent Salary: £16,477.50 Hours : Shifts between 8am to 10pm Monday - Sunday. (One weekend day in every 2 weekends) Training: 1 week Start Date : 8th January 2018 The Role Working on behalf of our prestigious client HSBC in the financial services industry, you’ll work as a Customer Service Advisor in a fast paced contact centre environment. Handling inbound calls from HSBC customers and non-customer stakeholders (e.g. tenants, landlords and suppliers), you will deal with a range of different queries relating to a regulatory change. We are seeking, articulate, confident people with customer service experience and good computer skills. Our callers want to talk to people with personality. People who’ll listen, ask the right questions and offer the solutions that leave them smiling. That’s why we’ll encourage you to be yourself in our fast-moving, fast-growing business. You’ll bring your personality to every call, adapting your style to reflect your customer, ensuring a unique experience from the get go. Your calls could be a straight forward query, or slightly more complex, therefore patience, knowledge and innovation is essential. With active listening, and effective questioning skills, you will trouble shoot, establish root cause, and provide a first time resolution on every call. Alongside the great conversations you have you’ll maintain your call quality and compliance levels to ensure accuracy for customer. Full training will be provided with on-going support to ensure you have the required knowledge and skills to succeed and enjoy your role. Who are we?
