Net Developer (C#)
A .Net Developer role working for a large business based in Chester working on a greenfield transformation
Your new company
An exciting business listed in the FTSE Index based in Chester are currently in the process of a major business transformation project to re-write all of their existing systems into modern languages whilst also adding to the functionality and utility of these pieces of software. This business have had a strong 2016/17 with a positive market to work within and a rapidly growing customer base meaning that the opportunities for growth currently are enormous.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for working on the greenfield redevelopment of existing applications into modern technology including C# .Net, SQL Server and Entity Framework. You will be working as part of a collaborative team of developers and analysts who are passionate about technology and improving the productivity of the business they work for.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed ideally you will need a knowledge or understanding of the following:
- At least 2 years C# .NET development experience.
- Understanding of MS SQL Server.
- Experience of Entity Framework.
- Understanding of SOLID principals.
- WPF, XAML, UWP development experience.
- Experience of creating software in an agile environment.
- NUnit, MS Test, TDD.
- Unity IOC (or similar).
