Tender & Pricing Administrator
Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading global organisation in the recruitment of a Tender & Pricing Administrator.
You will be responsible for the administration of the commercial contract pricing conditions and the material management data control processes within SAP and associated databases. You will also support the Tenders and Pricing team in the coordination, preparation and completion of company tenders and the associated administration processes. Your key duties will include:
?Administer and maintain the local SAP material master data
?General maintenance of SAP commercial pricing conditions within agreed timescales
?Provision of customer specific and list price catalogues to customers and colleagues
?Checking the daily tender tracker system for tender opportunities & distribute to business areas
?Coordination and completion of company tender expressions of interest, standard parts of pre qualification questionnaires and tender documents by stated deadline, including e-tender processing
?Co-ordination of department email accounts and message management
?Support commercial areas with tender award processes, procedures and enquires
?Signing off and storage of completed pre qualification and tender documents
?Assist with the development of the department?s systems and processes, to include testing and updating process documents and work instructions
To ensure reports from customers relating to product quality complaints or adverse drug reactions are documented and the essential minimum information is collected and forwarded to the Regulatory Affairs Department the same day they are received
?General administration duties
Candidates must have excellent commercial administration experience and proven working knowledge of MS Excel (you must be able to create a range of formulas). You must be able to work under pressure and to deadlines, and have a high level of accuracy. Any experience in bids & tender administration is highly advantageous.
