Broker Support Technician
BROKER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN vacancy in the City at a Lloyds Broker to produce and process technical Lloyds documentation
To be successful in the role you must have Market experience with an Insurance Broker or Insurer, within a technical support role.
·Assist in the production of pre-inception and post-placement documentation to support the negotiation and placement of contracts of insurance, to include preparing MRC Slips, endorsements, cover notes, debit/credit notes.
·Responding to broker and underwriter queries.
·Providing general administrative support when required.
·Premium and Bordereaux processing to Lloyd's and Company markets.
·Assisting in premium payment and cash reconciliations in conjunction with Finance Department
·Collating and preparing information pages for Brokers and statistical reports as required
·Creating, checking and maintaining records of negotiations, presentations and communications with insurers and clients.
