My client, a leading international law firm based in central London, is looking for an enthusiastic IT Trainer to join their busy office on a 9 – 12-month fixed term contract basis.

Working as part of the Global IT Service Delivery team, the IT Trainer will be responsible for delivering training, courses and webinars to partners and staff, both internally and remotely.

The key duties will include:

  • Designing new training courses and delivering them as required in both structured classes and 121.
  • Collaboratively preparing and maintaining IT Training documentation, continuously staying across relevant current and future technologies.
  • Assisting members of staff at all levels to create personalised development plans
  • Coordinating training schedules, advertising courses, scheduling delegates and monitoring staff attendance.
  • Assisting the Service Desk and Systems teams as required.
  • With a minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience, you will be confident at delivering 121 and group presentation style training courses, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. You must be an advanced user of the MS Office 2013 Suite and have experience using a Document Management System, such as iManage, FileSite or similar. You will have used professional services applications used for time recording and billing, for example Elite, InterAction, TMS or similar and ideally be MOS qualified. As you will be working to a Global IT Training schedule, the ability to remain flexible and work under pressure is essential.
