Traveltek helps travel businesses around the globe to sell, create and manage their travel portfolio with more than 600 flight, hotel, cruise and ancillary suppliers.

We are currently pursuing an aggressive global expansion strategy. Our HQ is based in East Kilbride but also has offices in the Midlands (Measham), Australia (Sydney), USA (Miami), Dubai, India (Hyderabad), Singapore and Hong Kong. Traveltek are looking to strengthen its market share in existing locations and establish a presence in new growing markets.

We are currently recruiting for ICT Analysts to join our team in our East Kilbride or Measham locations.

Our ICT Analysts are responsible for the Configuration, Implementation and Training (ICT) of our web based platform to our customers all over the globe.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with an understanding of the Travel Industry and business processes, with a flair for technical and customer support skills as well as having confidence in the delivery and training of our systems to clients in the UK and in International markets.


  • Working closely with our Project Managers as part of the Project Delivery department, Configure system builds in time with Project timelines
  • Assisting customers by helping them understand how different parts of our application work to fit their business requirements
  • Training clients on our system via video conference and in person
  • Problem solving on configuration issues
  • Working with clients to identify and write requirements to be developed.
Applicants must have the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar capacity
  • Experience in dealing with Customer service
  • Background in Travel Industry is advantageous
  • A good technical background, such as a relevant IT qualification, work experience or demonstrable skills
  • Aptitude of understanding business processes
  • Great communication skills, as customers are located around the globe

This position is full time and is based in the United Kingdom, with the potential to travel around the UK and Internationally and sometimes at short notice, so flexibility is a key attribute; this should be seen as a truly exciting opportunity.

Position includes Contributory Pension Scheme, 28 days holiday & Company Car or Car Allowance.

Location: Head Office: East Kilbride or Midlands Office: Measham.

Due to the nature of the role a Full UK driving license is a necessity.
