Purchase Ledger position in North Bristol paying £17k-£20k

You will be working for a retail business based in North Bristol who pride themselves on customer and employee satisfaction. Easily accessible from M32, M4 and M5 - with free on site parking.
Your new role
You will be responsible for running the purchase ledger, including payments schedule production (updating the cash flow with payments due and raising import loans as required), liaise with international suppliers and ensure supplier information is kept up to date. You will also ensure supplier invoices and credits have the appropriate nominal code and process the monthly finance lease invoices. You will also be responsible for reporting on the monthly aged creditor, monthly supplier statement reconciliations and weekly/monthly bank reconciliations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous Purchase Ledger experience, be highly motivated and have strong organisational skills. You must also be able to work as a team but also on your own initiative and have strong communication skills. Previous experience of Dimensions would be an advantage and good Excel skills.
