Our Sales Executives work 5 out of 7 days each week which will include late nights and weekends.

If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to the next stage of our recruitment process, an Assessment Day in Northampton. This is a fun, interactive day for our future Sales Executives and Service Advisors. You’ll have the opportunity to meet our Managers and learn more about being part of the TrustFord Family. There’ll be some short assessments and an interview to help us find out more about you. We don’t expect you to know everything, so don’t worry – at this stage, it’s all about having the right attitude. The Assessment Day is held centrally at a lovely hotel in Northampton. All travel expenses will be reimbursed, so please keep any train or bus tickets and any taxi receipts from Northampton station. We look forward to seeing you there!

For your first 8 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
