ShortList Recruitment are looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a marketing leading brand in a client facing environment. As the 3rd Line Support Engineer you will be involved with a variety of services desk, desktop, telephone, remote and client facing support.

The 3rd Line Support Engineer will be working with a range of technologies as part of a friendly and dedicated team, in a fantastic environment.

Key Technical skills for the 3rd Line Support Engineer:
  • Windows server 2008/2012
  • MS Exchange, AD
  • Hyper-V
  • Firewall and Remote Solutions
  • Networking knowledge of WAN/LAN/ Wifi
  • GPO knowledge and configuration

In return as the 3rd Line Support Engineer you will be eligible for a salary of up to £40,000 plus a great benefits package in one of the best environments in the North West. There is on call rota and you must be available for some out of hours support.

The 3rd Line Support Engineer is commutable from Chester, North Wales, Wirral, Deeside and Warrington.
