My client are searching for a head chef for their busy 30 room hotel. The hotel has a turnover of £1million pound, doing approximately 50 weddings a year. They are looking to achieve a rosette within 2018.
The head chef will have cooked at fresh food sites, have good banqueting experience and keep the 9 man team motivated. The chef will have the opportunity to put their own stamp on the food offering at the hotel
