MHR's Software design division is now seeking a .Net Architect to join a close-knit and dynamic team working on the latest and greatest cloud solution MHR has to offer. We are looking for a motivated, talented individual with strong hands-on .NET software architecture experience who can work with the business and application development teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical designs, frameworks, and features, and guide the development team through implementation using latest Microsoft ASP.NET MVC and Azure Cloud Technologies.

This role would suit a .Net architect looking to share their experience with multiple teams and help drive the development of MHR’s offering by bringing new ideas and new approaches to our work environment and culture.

Skills required to be successful in this role:
• A deep understanding of software engineering principles such as polymorphism, generics, locking, IO, queuing, distributed systems, threading, transactions and SOLID.
• Have a passion for software design, enterprise integration and cloud computing patterns.
• You must have commercial experience in developing enterprise .NET applications.
• Proven experience at conducting a functional and non-functional requirements analysis using holistic approach at all times for the successful integration and development execution.
• Own functional and non-functional architecture, this includes but not limited to:
• Solution design
• Domain model design
• API design
• Data model design
• Be able to pair design with developers and feature teams.
• Lead on the production of proof of concepts that could be handed over to the software engineers for full-scale development.
• Confident in working closely with the senior management / architecture team to produce a technical road map.
• Proven experience writing up development policies for functional development.
• Undertake research as required and attend conferences and events, documenting afterwards to extend the team knowledge.
• Documenting decisions and progress in line with corporate and team project management.

• Hands on experience designing and implementing software using domain-driven design and microservice architecture
