POST TITLE: Progression Coach - 3 posts

SALARY: 1 x position - salary starting from £21,526.67 to £22,868.33 working 36 hours per week, 38 weeks per year
1 x position - salary starting from £14,949.07 to £15,880.79 working 25 hours per week, 38 weeks per year
1 x position - salary starting from £10,763.33 to £11,434.17 working 18 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

Learner Services are looking for the three enthusiastic and qualified staff to join a successful & high achieving team
An experienced Progression Coaches is required to deliver a wide range of PSE workshops to learners though the tutorial framework. The successful applicant will also be playing an active and rewarding role in the learners' study progress through providing 1:1 support. The successful applicant will have strong interpersonal skills, empathy and a clear understanding of problems learners face in trying to succeed academically and remain on programme. In addition, based in the LRC, the successful applicant will be expected to cover the issue desk, liaise with academic staff and work a late night.
A L3 qualification or equivalent is essential together with strong IT skills and GCSEs at grades A-C in English & Maths (or equivalent).
