Our client is looking for a talented and experienced HR Advisor to join their business in a full HR generalist remit. The role will be based in West London at a salary of up to £35,000.
Our client is an International retail and mail order business that is experiencing growth and success. They are opening new stores globally and increasing the UK head office team. Due to this growth they are looking for a HR Advisor permanently to sit within the HR Team based in West London.
The Role holder's responsibilities will include:
-Provide the highest level of HR Advice, guidance and support.
-To work in partnership with the business to provide coaching and support.
-To provide the business with a consultancy service on best practice.
-Provide comprehensive recruitment advise to line managers from start to finish
-Coaching managers on ER matters such as performance management, absence management, disciplinaries, grievances and recruitment and selection.
The role holder will therefore ideally have:
-A number of years HR generalist experience
-CIPD qualification or to be working towards
-Excellent knowledge of HR policies and practices
-Previous proven experience of providing ER support
-Previous experience working within a commercially focussed business
-Experience of supporting the full recruitment lifecycle
