MOL are a national professional education provider with over 30 years` experience, and are part of the largest social enterprise in the country. We are seeking a CIPD Curriculum Developer to support the development of CIPD programmes at level 3, 5 and 7. This role would work closely with our Learning and Innovation Team to create outstanding learning materials.

This role will involve the maintenance of our current suite of CIPD products as well as creating new materials. It is an ideal move for someone who has a working knowledge of the CIPD curriculum, or someone with a strong HR background who wants to work on applying that knowledge in CIPD courses.

This role be responsible for creating and updating our nationally delivered CIPD/HR courses. You will also be managing development of our current range of courses through all learning methods including programme guides, the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), and workshop materials.

In order to do this role you will need:
-Minimum of a CIPD Level 7
-Experience of developing learning materials
-HR experience/ knowledge
-Experience of delivering training (desirable)
-Experience of assessing written assignments (desirable)

You will also need qualities such as:
-Great attention to detail
-Desire to put the learner first
-Able to prioritise and meet specific deadlines
-Able to use initiative
-Demonstrable commitment to ongoing CPD
