Due to an internal promotion we are looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to join our busy and fast-paced training team at our head office in Bank, Central London.
Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Training and supporting a national training team, your role is critical in managing the scheduling and coordination of our formal training programmes. You’ll be responsible for making sure people get the right training, at the right time, in the right location. It’s a busy, fast-paced and high volume environment and you’ll be responsible for providing a high level of customer service answering training queries by phone and email in a prompt and efficient manner. You’ll help with the logistics of training including booking facilitators, rooms and equipment, printing workbooks and helping to set up sessions.
How you’ll be successful
You’ve worked in a similar role and been responsible for scheduling and co-ordinating training or travel on a high volume, high frequency basis. You’ve got strong organisation skills, great time management and a high level of attention to detail. Experience using systems like Oracle Peoplesoft is highly advantageous as is proficiency with Microsoft Office. You’re focused, hard-working and able to meet strict deadlines and manage a high volume workload. You’ve got exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and you’re professional and trustworthy with a positive attitude. You’re also good at solving problems and able to identify process improvements.
